Pinnacle panel coverage
Each standard Pinnacle fence panel covers approximately 1.83m (6ft) of fence length. The exact installed run can be affected by the post arrangement and project details, so the figure is used for initial configuration rather than as a substitute for final checking.
Example: a 10 metre boundary
10m divided by 1.83m is approximately 5.46. Because you cannot order 0.46 of a standard panel in the configurator, you would start with 6 panels and then check the final project dimensions before manufacture.
Example: a 15 metre boundary
15m divided by 1.83m is approximately 8.20, so the initial configuration would use 9 panels. Corners, gates and changes in direction should then be added separately.
Corners and end posts
Panel quantity is only one part of the component schedule. The number of corners, run endings and gates affects the post arrangement, which is why the Pinnacle configurator asks about the layout as well as the length.
Let the configurator calculate it
Choose 'I know my total fence length' in the Pinnacle configurator and enter the approximate run in metres. The system will calculate the starting panel quantity automatically and show the indicative project price.
