PINNACLE KNOWLEDGE

How Do You Clean Composite Fencing?

Composite fencing is designed for straightforward ownership, but like any exterior surface it will collect dust, rain marks, organic debris and environmental dirt over time.

01

Start gently

Remove loose debris and use a mild cleaning approach appropriate to the product rather than beginning with aggressive chemicals or abrasive tools.

02

Deal with organic debris

Leaves and vegetation trapped against the fence can retain moisture and dirt. Keeping the boundary clear makes routine cleaning easier.

03

Treat marks promptly

Address spills or unusual marks reasonably promptly and follow the product care guidance for anything that does not respond to normal washing.

04

Avoid unsuitable methods

Do not assume every solvent, chemical or high-pressure cleaning technique is suitable for a composite surface.

05

Inspect while cleaning

Routine cleaning is also a useful opportunity to look over posts, gates, trims and the general condition of the installed boundary.
